Sending a request or calling us does not guarantee that service will be provided. Whether we can accept a request depends on travel distance, dispatch availability, the repair required and technician availability. We do not promise any arrival time, dispatch time or repair completion.

Any repair or roadside work is provided under terms discussed and agreed with you directly before work begins. These Terms cover only your use of the website.

Emergencies

If anyone is in danger or the truck is creating a hazard on the roadway, call 911 first. This website is not an emergency-services line.
